These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website 24inceptions.com ("the Website") and any services provided by 24Inceptions ("we", "us", or "our"), a design studio based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
By accessing our Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
24Inceptions provides professional design and development services including presentation design, pitch decks, investor presentations, corporate presentations, pharma and publication design, EdTech decks, franchise pitch decks, sales and marketing decks, website design and development, and custom CRM and operations panel development for startups and SMEs.
All services are provided on a project basis. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
Enquiries submitted through our Website do not constitute a service agreement. A separate written confirmation is required to initiate any project.
Each project engagement is governed by a written brief, proposal, or statement of work agreed between 24Inceptions and the client.
The scope of work defines the deliverables, number of revision rounds, file formats, and timeline. Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before being undertaken.
We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry at our discretion, including where the project conflicts with our values, exceeds our current capacity, or where the client's requirements cannot be met to our quality standards within the requested timeline.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, an advance payment, typically 50 percent of the total project fee, is required before work commences. This confirms the project booking and reserves capacity.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files, or at a milestone agreed in writing.
Projects requiring delivery within 48 hours may attract a rush fee, agreed in advance.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for India-based clients and in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) or US Dollars (USD) for UAE-based clients, as agreed. Applicable taxes, including GST for India-based clients, will be added to invoices as required by law.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods agreed in writing. Invoices unpaid beyond the agreed due date may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment is received.
The number of revision rounds included in each project is specified in the project brief or proposal.
A revision is defined as a consolidated set of feedback provided in a single communication. Revisions beyond the agreed number will be quoted and charged separately.
Revisions that change the fundamental direction, scope, or concept of a project may be treated as a new project.
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, 24Inceptions assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the final delivered work product, including copyright in the design, layout, and custom visual elements created specifically for that project. Until full payment is received, all rights remain with 24Inceptions.
The IP transfer does not include design tools, methodologies, templates, processes, stock photography, stock illustrations, licensed third-party assets, fonts and typefaces unless specifically licensed for transfer, preliminary concepts, draft designs, or rejected options that were not selected as part of the final deliverable.
24Inceptions reserves the right to display completed work as part of our portfolio and case studies, unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing before the project commences. Portfolio is shared only on request and with appropriate discretion.
We treat all client information, including business plans, financial data, investor materials, product details, and strategic information, as strictly confidential.
We do not share, disclose, or discuss client project information with any third party without the client's explicit written consent.
If a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required before any discussion begins, we are happy to sign a client-provided NDA or provide our own. Please request this before sharing sensitive information.
This confidentiality commitment is mutual. Clients agree to keep our pricing, project processes, proprietary methodologies, and business information confidential.
Project timelines are agreed in writing before work commences. We make every effort to deliver on time and have maintained a perfect on-time delivery record across client projects.
Timelines are dependent on the client providing required inputs, including content, feedback, and approvals, within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by late client feedback or approvals may extend the project timeline without penalty to 24Inceptions.
Final files are delivered in the formats agreed in the project brief. Source files are provided on request and may be subject to an additional fee depending on the nature of the project.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for the project, including content, brand guidelines, reference materials, and feedback.
The client must ensure that any content, images, or materials provided to 24Inceptions for use in a project do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. The client is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licences for such materials.
The client agrees to provide consolidated feedback within the timeframes agreed at the start of the project and designate a single point of contact for project communications to ensure clarity and avoid conflicting instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24Inceptions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Website or services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, investor responses, or fundraising results from any presentation or pitch deck we design. The outcome of any pitch or business presentation depends on many factors beyond our control.
By using our Website, you agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law, submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems, use automated tools or scrapers to extract content, or copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without our prior written consent.
Cancellation terms are agreed on a per-project basis.
If the client cancels before work commences, advance payment is refunded in full minus any costs already incurred, such as font licences or stock asset purchases.
If the client cancels after work has commenced, fees for work completed to date are retained. The amount will be agreed in writing based on the stage of work completed.
If 24Inceptions needs to cancel a project for reasons such as force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all fees paid and provide reasonable notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
For clients based in the United Arab Emirates, we are happy to include a mutual agreement clause in the project engagement letter specifying an alternative dispute resolution mechanism acceptable to both parties. Please raise this before the project commences.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.
The Last updated date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
